Membership

To become a CMHA member, simply print out the form, fill it in and send it, with payment, to CMHA Saskatchewan Division office, or contact your local branch.

By joining CMHA, you will support social, vocational and recreational programs designed to help those people affected with mental illness lead productive lives.

Your membership fees will also be used to help provide education to communities throughout Saskatchewan.
